Care & sizing guide
A few simple habits keep fine jewellery looking its best.
Caring for your diamonds
Daily care
- Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to avoid scratching
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to extreme heat or sudden temperature changes
Cleaning at home
- Soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20–30 minutes
- Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, paying attention to the setting and underside of the stone
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for stones with inclusions or fracture-filled diamonds
Professional care
- We recommend a professional clean and inspection every 6–12 months
- Our team will check prongs, settings, and stone security to keep your piece in perfect condition

Sizing tips
- Fingers are slightly larger in the evening and in warm weather — measure then for the most accurate fit
- For wider bands, consider going half a size up

Stone & setting care by type
| Stone type | Special care notes |
|---|---|
| Diamond (lab-grown) | Same hardness as natural — durable, but avoid harsh chemicals |
| Diamond (natural) | Avoid chipping by removing during heavy manual tasks |
| Coloured gemstones | Many are more sensitive — check individual stone care guides |
| Gold settings | Avoid chlorine — it can weaken gold alloys over time |
| White gold | May need rhodium re-plating every 1–2 years to maintain colour |
