Care & sizing guide

A few simple habits keep fine jewellery looking its best.

Caring for your diamonds

Daily care

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products
  • Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to avoid scratching
  • Avoid exposing your jewellery to extreme heat or sudden temperature changes

Cleaning at home

  • Soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20–30 minutes
  • Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, paying attention to the setting and underside of the stone
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth
  • Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for stones with inclusions or fracture-filled diamonds

Professional care

  • We recommend a professional clean and inspection every 6–12 months
  • Our team will check prongs, settings, and stone security to keep your piece in perfect condition

How to measure at home

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — not too tight, not too loose
  3. Mark where the paper meets and measure the length in millimetres
  4. Match your measurement to the chart below

Sizing tips

  • Fingers are slightly larger in the evening and in warm weather — measure then for the most accurate fit
  • For wider bands, consider going half a size up
  • If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort

Diamond (natural)Avoid chipping by removing during heavy manual tasks
Coloured gemstonesMany are more sensitive — check individual stone care guides
Gold settingsAvoid chlorine — it can weaken gold alloys over time
